Hello,

This spring promises to come in like a deep freeze.  Today, at the time of this writing, its 22 degrees and the wind chill is much colder at around 9 degrees.

I know that, due to the number of written free estimates we have floating around out in the Champaign Urbana Illinois area that we will soon be bombarded with requests for bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, new decks to be build, etc...

Hopefully, they won't all come in at once.

Right now we are getting our ducks in a row for a very busy spring.  If this past winter is any indication, spring will be super busy.

This winter, which ends tomorrow, March 20th, 2013, has been the best winter for us in several years.  We literally had one remodeling job after another all winter long.

We are really looking forward to warm weather.

As the summer rapidly approaches, we have noticed a major uptick in the number of homeowners in the Champaign Urbana area requesting estimates for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.  We are also experiencing a significant number of requests for home additions.  As a matter of fact there are so many people contacting us we are strongly considering hiring additional personnel to help handle the work load.   Hopefully, the successes we've been managing our way through will continue right on through the year.  

We shall see.

As winter approaches and business slows we find ourselves once again trying to line up some inside work.  A nice large basement to finish would be a fantastic job about right now.  Or perhaps an inside painting job.  We are hoping to land something soon because its just a matter of time before the snow flies.  So far we have managed to stay business all year long despite this terrible economy.  From the reviews our customer's have been submitting it sounds like we are doing a good job, we just need the good citizens of Urbana and Champaign to keep them coming.  [Tim Moseley]

We have seen an exponential growth in the number of requests for estimates this year vs last.  Its difficult to keep up with all the demand.  Its been one job right after another for the last couple of months.  So, I would say it promises to be a good year in the remodeling business here in the Champaign Urbana area.  We have been designing decks for homeowner's and have two to build.  One is currently underway as I write this and the other is waiting in the wings.  We should be able to start that one next week.  We have a third deck which I designed a few months ago but have not received approval for just yet.  We have a high number of homeowner's approach us about estimates for additions this year.  We look forward to doing a few this year.  

Things have definetly picked up since this past winter, as expected.  Several homeowners in the Champaign, Urbana area have contacted us for free estimates covering a wide range of home renovation projects.  Additions, bathrooms to remodel, kitchen remodeling projects, we will be building a deck soon.  We just completed re-doing a fence and are currently finishing out a basement which should be done sometime within the next 2 weeks.  On top of all of this, we have tons of estimates that are now back in the hands of homeowners; some we will get and some we won't.  But so far it promises to be a busy spring.
